As President and CEO of Felicia Hall Allen &Associates, Felicia is living her dream of helping others see the possibilities that exist within them to maximize their potential and soar to significance. Recognized as a change agent who empowers others to discover their own gifts Felicia's impact is felt around the nation as a motivational speaker, leadership development consultant, executive coach and sports attorney.

A native of Shreveport , Louisiana , Felicia earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Iowa where she played for Hall of Fame Coach C. Vivian Stringer and earned two degrees - a Juris Doctorate from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She would go on to intern with the National Collegiate Athletic Association and later head to Atlanta to work the 1996 Summer Olympic Games.

Felicia's resolve and enthusiasm enabled her to excel as manager for NIKE's ® women's basketball sports marketing division. She combined her love for law and basketball as Vice President of Team Operations for the WNBA Charlotte Sting. Her leadership style and business savvy helped guide the Charlotte Sting from the league's second worst record to the second best team as WNBA Eastern Conference Champions in just two seasons.

Felicia has remained a member of the New Jersey State Bar. Fueled by a passion to help as many coaches and administrators as possible to discover their true leadership and earning potential Felicia began her sports attorney practice in the spring of 2007 now representing coaches from the east to the west coast in contract negotiations.

Felicia is the former Executive Director of Leadership America North Carolina, a statewide women's leadership organization that educates, connects and empowers women leaders to improve North Carolina communities.

Respected as a leader in her community Felicia was selected by Charlotte 's Business Journal as of the “Top 40, Under 40”. In addition, she was honored by a Child's Place as one of the “First Ladies of Charlotte” and recognized by The Charlotte Post Publishing Company as a “Person of Prominence.”

Felicia is married to Johnny Allen and resides in Charlotte , NC.
